The swaged assembly produces a highly compacted heater that will have the ability for maximum element life & uniform heat transfer. These heaters last up to 10 times longer than normal un-compacted cartridge heaters.

  • OUTER SHEATH:- INCOLY/INCONEL 600/SS 310/SS 321/SS316/BRASS.
  • RESISTANCE WIRE:- NICHROME 80/20
  • PINS:- 100 % PURE NICKEL.
  • INSULATION:MGO
  • SEALING:CEMENT/SILICON/TEFLON.
  • LEAD WIRES:TEFLON/SS BRAIDED/FIBRE GLASS INSULATED.

HIGH DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS

Cartridge heater compacted by magnesium oxide offers high performance. With a maximum rating Wattage upto 70 Watts/Square inch & Temperature up to 7500degree centigrade on the sheath of the heater.

Power distribution & Inbuilt Thermocouple options are available.
